If you could wake up tomorrow and be, do and have what your heart most desires what would that be?
Does it seem so impossible that you don’t even dare to think about it? Or has it always seemed just beyond your reach?
It’s not about winning the lottery or living on a continued emotional high.
It’s about developing thoughts, emotions and actions that enhance your wellbeing, influence and ability to attract to your life those things that always seem just beyond your grasp.
I come from an evidence based business, coaching and consulting background and have taught at a top ranked US graduate school for many years. What a wonderful journey of fun, fulfilment, using my skills while also serving and encouraging others. Among some of the provisions are several international business class flights, regular trips to Doha to work in the organisation of my choice and many more financial, relationship and career desires.
You can live this life too. It is not some head in the clouds woo woo thing. It is grounded in science, neuroscience and psychology all with a spiritual (not religious) dimension.
It doesn’t matter what stage of life you’re in.
Maybe you’ve just graduated from Uni and still wonder what the next step is.
You hear a voice beckoning you to not go down the traditional path, but follow your passion-even if everyone else thinks you are crazy!
Maybe you’re a mother whose children have gone to school.
You interrupted your career to be home with them during their pre-school years.
Now you’re home alone. You wonder if you could really carve out the life you want.
A life that gives you time with your family and a good income.
You may have doubts about your skills after being at home for awhile.
Or feel really claustrophobic at the thought of going back to work in an office.
You could be a budding entrepreneur wondering if you really can make it in the business world. You have doubts but also know you are driven by a passion, conviction or idea that you know will help others.
Or maybe you’re in a good job, with great prospects and still feel like something’s missing. You catch yourself sitting at your desk thinking why do I feel there’s got to be more to life than this hamster wheel?
You could be in your 50’s, 60’s and beyond, wondering if now is the time to make the big leap to doing what you really want to do.
